Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to ensure smooth hub operations.

  • Handle documentation, data entry, and proper filing of fleet and operational records.

  • Assist in preparing reports related to fleet, expenses, and customer operations.

  • Support coordination between hub, HQ, and other regional offices.

  • Assist in recording and monitoring vehicle maintenance, service, damage, and insurance updates.

  • Help track vehicle availability and ensure accurate scheduling and assignments.

  • Support the insurance renewal process and coordinate with service providers when required.

  • Serve as the contact point for walk-in customers, inquiries, and basic check-in/check-out processes when needed.

  • Assist in monitoring hub facilities, assets, and amenities to ensure proper upkeep.

  • Support hostel/hero management tasks (utilities, maintenance, and basic record-keeping).

  • Assist in managing petty cash, staff claims, and monitoring hub expenses.

  • Support in tracking receivables, payables, and ensuring timely submission of records to Finance.

  • Assist in vendor and partner coordination under the guidance of management.

  • Support compliance monitoring as per hub standards.

  • Undertake any other administrative or operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor/management.
