Job Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to ensure smooth hub operations.
Handle documentation, data entry, and proper filing of fleet and operational records.
Assist in preparing reports related to fleet, expenses, and customer operations.
Support coordination between hub, HQ, and other regional offices.
Assist in recording and monitoring vehicle maintenance, service, damage, and insurance updates.
Help track vehicle availability and ensure accurate scheduling and assignments.
Support the insurance renewal process and coordinate with service providers when required.
Serve as the contact point for walk-in customers, inquiries, and basic check-in/check-out processes when needed.
Assist in monitoring hub facilities, assets, and amenities to ensure proper upkeep.
Support hostel/hero management tasks (utilities, maintenance, and basic record-keeping).
Assist in managing petty cash, staff claims, and monitoring hub expenses.
Support in tracking receivables, payables, and ensuring timely submission of records to Finance.
Assist in vendor and partner coordination under the guidance of management.
Support compliance monitoring as per hub standards.
Undertake any other administrative or operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor/management.
