AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

a)    Work closely with Supervisor and other IT functional teams to deliver user IT requests in a timely manner.

b)    Work with assigned Supervisor and liaise with client/users to gather change requirements for assigned project.

c)    Analyse, design and create functional requirement document for the change request.

d)    Develop program codes to fulfil the change requests.

e)    Manage databases and input information, data, and records

f)     Conduct system and user acceptance test to confirm the change meets user requirements.

g)    Deploy the system change

h)    Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising from the assigned project and the interfaces to other systems.

i)      Provide relevant system and user documentation.

j)    To troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults

REQUIREMENTS

a)    Possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences Information Technology or equivalent.

b)    Good communication skills in Malay, English language for both spoken and written

c)   Fluency in coding languages such as PHP, MySQL, C# (c Sharp), Python, Java and familiarity with software such as Linux and Cloud technology

d)    Applicants must be willing to work in Ayer Keroh Melaka.

e)    Self-starter, analytical and detailed oriented individual.

f)    No work experience required.
