1. JOB PURPOSE

• To lead and coordinate the successful delivery of technical projects by bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution.

2. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Lead end-to-end project planning, including defining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand system architecture, technical constraints, and implementation requirements.
• Provide technical direction and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Act as the bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, designers, QA, and management.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, progress reports, timelines, and retrospectives.
• Undertakes any other tasks that immediate supervisor/Management may assign from time to time.

3. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE/COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as Project Manager or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying scopes and stakeholders.
• Skilled in project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.
• Solid understanding of software development processes, system architecture, and modern tech stacks.
• Proficient in creating clear technical specifications, project timelines, and progress reports.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and communicate effectively with development teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to present and explain design ideas clearly.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
