Job Description

Job Summary

The Insurance Renewal & Product Executive is responsible for managing and growing vehicle insurance renewal services for DRIVEO users. This role oversees the full insurance lifecycle, including lead generation, renewal sales, customer servicing, product planning, performance tracking, and insurance program development, as well as P2P insurance awareness for car rental hosts. The position acts as the key person driving insurance-related revenue, partnerships, and product expansion within the DRIVEO ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Insurance Sales & Renewal Management

Manage and execute vehicle insurance renewal services for DRIVEO users.
Follow up on cold leads and warm leads consistently to convert into successful renewals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly KPI targets for insurance renewal revenue.
Maintain renewal pipeline and ensure timely customer follow-ups.
Provide insurance quotations, comparisons, and product recommendations.

2. Customer Engagement & Enquiries

Handle all insurance-related enquiries from DRIVEO users and Wahdah stakeholders.
Provide professional consultation on coverage options, add-ons, and claims procedures.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rate.

3. P2P Insurance Awareness & Program Development

Plan and execute awareness programs for P2P insurance targeted at car rental hosts.
Educate hosts on insurance compliance, coverage benefits, and risk protection.
Collaborate with Operations and Regional teams to increase insurance adoption rate among hosts.

4. Lead Planning & Performance Analysis

Track and analyse renewal conversion rates, lead quality, and sales performance.
Plan monthly insurance sales strategy and renewal campaigns.
Prepare reports on KPIs, revenue performance, and growth opportunities.
Optimise lead distribution and follow-up strategy to improve conversion.

5. Product Expansion & Business Development

Explore additional insurance opportunities including travel insurance and other relevant insurance products.
Identify new insurance partnerships to add value to DRIVEO and Wahdah.
Propose bundled insurance offerings to enhance customer experience.
Continuously improve insurance processes (quotation, documentation, claims support).

6. Administrative & Compliance Management

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with insurance regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with insurance providers and internal finance/operations team.
Manage end-to-end renewal documentation and tracking.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Insurance, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in insurance sales or renewal services is an advantage.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Analytical and data-driven mindset.
