Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and ensure necessary resources are available.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls professionally and promptly.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain databases.
  • Assist in organizing and managing digital and physical files.
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual or in-person events.
  • Coordinate with the IT department for more complex issues.
  • Uphold a professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Be open to learning new technologies and tools.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Offer assistance and support to colleagues when needed.


Requirements:

  • Candidate must process at least Diploma in specific field or equivalent
  • Good communication skills in Malay, English language for both spoken and written
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ayer Keroh Melaka.
  • Self-starter, analytical and detailed oriented individual.
  • No work experience required.
  • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
