Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Plan and manage vehicle availability in close supervision of immediate Supervisor to ensure all booking requests are fully met and on time.

b) Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of booked vehicle for each assignment, maintaining a high standard of vehicle preparation for customers.

c) Responsible for handling vehicle movement including thorough vehicle inspection upon delivery or return, both for each booked vehicle or its replacement. Any issues found should be promptly reported to HQ.

d) Maintain daily listing of vehicle movement, checking in and out of vehicles, to facilitate easy monitoring and tracking purposes.

e) Ensure vehicles are in good condition. Ensure all vehicles are well prepared and washed 1 day in advance before check-out, fuel is fully filled before and after the rental, maintenance is scheduled accordingly, and road tax is valid.

f) Provide excellent customer service by handling and entertaining walk-in customers and partners professionally, addressing their inquiries and needs efficiently.

g) Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the office premises and its surrounding at all times, contributing to a pleasant and inviting environment for both customers and employees.

h) Responsible for managing the lighting system, switching off/on lights as required to maintain efficiency and safety.

i) Complete all assigned tasks with proper documentation, using job tickets, DRIVE apps, and supporting documents when necessary to ensure accurate record-keeping.

k) Any other duties assigned by immediate Supervisor or Management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

a) Candidate must possess at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).

b) Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

c) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

d) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and operational software.

e) Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).

f) Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

g) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

h) Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if necessary.

i) Possess a valid full Class D driving license.
