Job Description
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
a) Manage day to day operations to ensure smooth running
b) Recommend and implement continuous improvement to service quality level
c) Ensure accountability and integrity operational readiness of Operations Department
d) Develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure fleet operations are effectively maintained to ensure maximum efficiency
e) Deal openly and promptly with any problems and effectively identify and manage risk as appropriate
f) Provide the point of escalation for the team for any operational issue
g) Maintain Company fleet record
h) Planning for vehicle movement including vehicle inspection upon delivery or return either for each booked vehicle or its replacement and report any cases to HQ.
i) Update vehicle maintenance record
j) Coordinate service appointment with hirers
k) Liaise with workshop on repair and maintenance schedule
l) Other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors and management.
REQUIREMENTS
a) At least a Diploma in Business, Logistic, or Supply Chain Management.
b) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in automotive trade, car rental an advantage
c) Experience in the strategic planning to ensure that vehicles are delivered in a good state and on time.
d) Great communication skills both written and verbal to ensure that everyone is clear about the company goals and direction
e) Ability to manage time and workload effectively to meet tight deadlines and targets.
f) Solution-focused and great at problem-solving.
g) Able to work independently and within a team assisting team members to help everyone achieve results.
h) Highly motivated, self-starter prepared to do whatever it takes
